Join us this day to witness Coral Triangle Centre, Environmental Recovery Solution, Regenerating Earth and Azura Marine Earth’s brilliant ideas that keep our Oceans from being totally polluted.

About the speakers:

Stephen Corcoran CEO @ Environmental Recovery Solutions (Nifty Bins Project):
We invent and create solutions for our immediate environment. At this moment we are dealing with waste issues regarding recycling and sanitation, we strive to educate with all our products, we run simple educational events in festivals, schools and learning centres. We also offer environmental consultation for events and schools and workplaces. We have a great passion for the environment and are always innovating new ideas to solve the growing environmental issues.

Julien Mélot from Marine Azura Earth (Mission Surya Namaskar Project):
“Mission Surya Namaskar” was launched early 2017 to prove that we can sail limitlessly in perfect harmony with the sea. With a down to Earth approach, we embraced local craftsmanship and boat building traditions rather than bring our own boat design and have converted an existing outrigger boat (jukung) into the very first solar electric boat of its kind. Following suite and after a month of trials in the South of Bali, we have engaged our boat and Crew into the first circumnavigation of the Island of the Gods only on solar power. 7 days later, this feat was an overwhelming success and we decided to head to much further horizons, all the way to Flores, and back. marine Azura latest solution is the “PlacMan”, a solar boat capable of catching floating plastics in a similar fashion to that of mantas catching their food but with the gluttony of a PacMan munching on his pills.

Gandabhaskara Saputra is an outstanding personality who is committed to sustainable living. He has been involved in variety of projects including lead the marketing communication for Green School Bali, Responsible Tourism Industry and volunteer at the RefillMyBottle Project to help reduce the single used plastic-drinking water bottle around Bali. Secretly, he is a Secret Sunrise Dancer!

5 pm – 7pm: Entertainment and Announcement of Lucky Draw (Cool Prizes from our sponsors)
– Live Music and Happy Hour
– Contemporary Sunset Dance with Secret Sunrise Bali **

**special price on Secret Sunset Dance for Ocean Day attendees.
